“The Hanging Figures” reveal natures that navigate narrow paths of uncertainty, where the boundaries between techniques dissolve to embody bodies that coexist in constant tension, affected by suspension and violent waiting. They show the effects of deformation and the dilations that underlie the space between the inner world, the physical, and the social.

The work “Through,” which comprises this project, is both map and nervous system. It emerged from the process of merging and abstracting elements of bodies in states of exposure and vulnerability, with the intention of recognizing the threads of an emotional world, signs of the objectification of female bodies.
